Social entrepreneur and speech therapist, has a bachelor's and master's degrees from the department of communication disorders at Tel Aviv University, as well as a teaching diploma in para-medicine. Nisreen is a graduate of the Mandel Program for Regional Leadership in the North. Over the years, she worked as a speech and hearing therapist at the Micha Center inTel Aviv, in her private clinic in Kfar Canna and at the Holy Family School in Nazareth. She also worked in instructing staff in various educational and therapeutic frameworks. In addition to her work in the therapeutic field, Nisreen has volunteered for many years, translating and dubbing computer games for Arab children with special needs and she has also volunteered to raise awareness of cancer in the Arab community through translating and participating in many programs. Nisreen worked for a short period as a community organizer for “Hand in Hand” for Bilingual Education. She is married to Akram and a mother of Luna. She lives in Nof Hagalil.
