Cup of Coffee
At this time we are holding our various activities at the beautiful monastery of Don Guanella in Nazareth. In meetings "Over A cup of coffee" we offer sharing workshops and face-to-face meetings during weekday afternoons. Meetings are arranged in advance.
Windows
A series of morning sessions. Each session opens a new window on life and allows for a positive experience with a change of atmosphere and fun activities like laughter yoga, playback, workshops and more...
Violin and Oud
Music and singing circles in which participants meet with music therapists, musicians and musical participants, recoveries and family members once a month, playing, singing and just listening. In order to prepare for meetings of "Violin and Oud", we opened a Facebook group with the same name where the songs are offered a week before the meeting to allow practice for those who need it. "Violin and Oud" It is a closed group and joining it is conditional on accepting its rules.
Journey
Each journey is a course of ten sessions. The journey is an internal Journey between us and ourselves. The first course is a Yoga journey with the excellent instructor Yamuna Kumar. What makes "Journey" different from other ADMA programs is that it is a weekly program of ten sessions, all with the same coach and with the same participants.
Personal Emotional Therapy Support
A new program in ADMA. Provides a package of 12 private personal emotional therapy support.
Digital Groups for Sharing and Support
We started our first sharing group "It was a secret" on Facebook. This group allows sharing stories of brave struggles with serious illnesses. It is called by this name because the phrase "It was a secret" in Arabic sounds just like the word cancer in English (Cancer). The idea is that it is possible to look at cancer through a window of optimism and that the difficulty that was once a secret and talked about reluctantly became a source of empowerment and meaning. In the near future, more targeted sharing groups and support groups will be opened, led by professionals.
